Rates

Hourly

$125 – $250 / hour

I offer sliding scale hourly rates based on Alexis J. Cunningfolk’s, The Sliding Scale: A Tool of Economic Justice to support accessibility for those facing systemic barriers or financial hardship.

For those of you who are struggling with ongoing financial stress, including limited income, inconsistent access to housing or transportation, or little to no discretionary spending—I encourage you to reach out with a rate that reflects what you can currently afford. There's no shame in using the sliding scale for what it's meant for; I simply ask that you use it honestly.

For those of you who do not struggle with meeting basic needs and have stable access to housing, food, healthcare, and transportation—I invite you to pay my full rate. Paying at or near the full rate is what allows this policy to exist for those who truly need it.

If your financial situation changes, we can always adjust your rates.

Custom Retainers
Not all forms of support fit neatly into an hourly model. When appropriate, we can create more customized ways of working together with communication, structure, and boundaries designed intentionally around your needs.

  • Accessibility & Financial Transparency
I strive to create inclusive spaces with accessible support for all. Using The Green Bottle method, I offer sliding scale rates to empower clients to choose a fee that fits their circumstances.

    Communication, Consent & Boundaries
You can ask me anything, and you always have the right to say no at any point. I prioritize clear communication and consent in how we work together.

    Anti-Oppression & Accountability
I recognize that I am part of the systems of oppression I’m committed to challenging. I actively engage in ongoing learning around anti-racism and anti-oppression, including examining power, access, and harm in both systemic and interpersonal ways, and adjusting my practice accordingly—not just in principle, but in how I show up with clients.

    Ongoing Learning & Practice
My work is shaped by continued learning from therapists, healers, community spaces, and lived experience. I don’t position myself as static or “finished,” and I stay in active relationship with the work I offer.
