Work With Me

Rates

$50-250/hour

I offer sliding scale rates to support accessibility for those facing systemic barriers or financial hardship.

Those paying the full rate help make reduced-rate spots available for others (limited availability). Rates are honor-based and can be adjusted if your situation changes.

Payment is due on the day of the session via cash, Venmo, Zelle: hi@itsmetalisman.com, or PayPal.

Custom Retainers

Not everything fits neatly into an hour-long session. Let’s co-create a sustainable way of working together that supports your life as it is now—communication styles, cadence, and boundaries that feel supportive and consistent.

  • Accessibility & Financial Transparency
I strive to create inclusive spaces with accessible support for all. Using The Green Bottle method, I offer sliding scale rates to empower clients to choose a fee that fits their circumstances.

    Communication, Consent & Boundaries
You can ask me anything, and you always have the right to say no at any point. I prioritize clear communication and consent in how we work together.

    Anti-Oppression & Accountability
I recognize that I am part of the systems of oppression I’m committed to challenging. I actively engage in ongoing learning around anti-racism and anti-oppression, including examining power, access, and harm in both systemic and interpersonal ways, and adjusting my practice accordingly—not just in principle, but in how I show up with clients.

    Ongoing Learning & Practice
My work is shaped by continued learning from therapists, healers, community spaces, and lived experience. I don’t position myself as static or “finished,” and I stay in active relationship with the work I offer.
